Firsts aircraft I owned. American Yankee AA-1   This is what I did my flight training in. It had no vac.system, simplex radio, and was only 108 hp .  Two weeks after I was issued license I loaded wife and flew from Monahsns TX to Calgary, Alberta, Canada to visit friends we made while working in Mideast.
